Home URL keeps redirecting to page

  • Hi everyone,

    My current URL (socratescloset.com) keeps redirecting to this URL: socratescloset.com/wordpress1. “wordpress1” is the directory where I keep my WP files.

    I am no stranger to WordPress, and have it set so that my URLs should only say “socratescloset.com/ABCDE.” In fact, when I was troubleshooting this problem earlier by looking at my archives, I noticed that the URL was “socratescloset.com/2013/10” and not “socratescloset.com/wordpress1/2013/10.”

    So the problem here seems to only occur when I try to view my homepage. Right now /wordpress1 is set to a custom page, so that I don’t see a 404.

    Any ideas?
