Impossible to add a code insert !!!

When i try to add a new (my first) insert, it’s impossible to choose a page (insert on pages) on the pop-up ! The pop-up page when i need chooses the page for insert is blank ! … the result impossible to add a insert ! …
I use your last version 2.3.3
The PHP version for the website is 5.3.15
