Registration Message on my site

I cannot find that anywhere on your site, but that message might appear if someone tries to register even though you do not have a registration link showing anywhere (as best I can tell).

PLease try to open my website with ur phone u will see it https://www.openghana.com. The website will open alright but it wouldn’t go to home page, it will a signup link

The website was working normal until i make it a multi site and i started getimg this problem
