Lost custom post types – pls help!

Hi,

I was using a theme with custom video post types and wanted to convert all these posts to regular posts. Which I did, using the Convert Post Types plugin.

The bad news is that, although it kept tags, now there are no embed links in the posts… which means that all the videos are gone.

I tried reverting back to the theme with custom post types and uploading on the server a previously backed up public_html. Did not work, I still have the regular posts with no embed code.

Can anyone contribute a solution, please?

I’s like to have the the embed links in regular posts (desired option) or my old video post types back.
