wp-admin not working due to email changes

I cannot log into https://www.islandgallery.com.au/wp-admin

I have other sites running and all works ok. So not my computer settings.
I changed my email on the site in contact form set up, and may/probably did something wrong there. Now cannot login to admin with either.

Would be grateful for any help here as cannot log in at all……….
