Dates Reversed?

Anyone else seeing dates get reversed? When I click into the date field, the calendar appears and I select the date. For example, I pick October 18, 2013. In the field though it then reads 18/10/2013. At first I thought perhaps its displayed date/month/year, but when activating the event it will say CLOSED. I have to manually enter 10/18/2013 in order for it to correctly work.
Anyone else?
