Compatibility issue between Shortcodes Ultimate and WP Photo Album Plus

I’ve just added Shortcodes Ultimate to my website and now noticed that the 1st image isn’t lined up correctly anymore, if I disable Shortcodes it works perfectly.
I’ve tried using the ‘compatibility’ mode in Shortcodes and updating the code but that didn’t make any difference.
