BUG: All tickets in Pro version is from "you"

    Hi,

    With the new pro edition, when users are set up to view all tickets, then the “Last Reply” colum shows that it is by “you” even if it is another user WHO did reply:

    I did not create these tickets?!?

    Fixed in version 2.1, which will be released shortly.

    Yes it is fixed – BUT when you OPEN the same ticket now it still shows MY NAME and not the one WHO created the ticket. In the top view it no longer displays “By You”, but when I click the ticket is shows my name on every ticket inside.

    Hi, running version 3.0.9 and Pro 2.0.0 the problem reoccured ??
