Toggle the title not working with Twenty Twelve

Hi there,

I downloaded your plugin and it was working fine until I changed my theme to twenty twelve. Now whenever I tick the box to hide page title, it removes the page name from the navigation bar.

Is there any way to make it work with this theme as I don’t want to have to go back to Twenty Eleven.
