Need a gallery with a rollover and option to link to url

Im looking for a gallery plugin that will allow me to have a rollover effect on an image in the gallery to give some info and then when I click on the image bring me to a url. The standard wordpress gallery allows the url link and I have another one I have come across that does the rollovers but none that do both. Has anyone come across one that does?
