Cannot specify the second in which the countdown ends!

I cannot create a countdown that finishes at, for instance, tomorrow 8.30.45am
I’ve tried to write that in the Uji Countdown settings, and also in the code, like this:
ujicountdown id=”homecountdown” expire=”2013/10/16 12:27:30″ hide = “true”]
But in any case, if you add the seconds, the countdown isn’t showed
