Still getting 500 Internal Server Error every few days

  • Hello Support,

    I am using latest version of W3 Total Cache, but still getting 500 Internal Server Errors, every few days.

    My site immediately goes down including backend, and I have to delete and add new .htaccess file again from the cPanel to make my site again working.

    I found only entries of w3 Total cache and default wordpress installation lines under .htaccess.
    The plugin here is the only culprit and is causing the issues.

    I have those files which i have to rename with .htaccess.old. So if you want to look into the issues for finding the bug, i can send it to you. Kindly provide me your email ID so that i can attach.

    Kindly resolve this bug and technical issue by helping us in the matter.
