    the way its set up how, you have to constantly check the visitors page to see if there is a request unless you pay twilio for sms…

    There is a visual alert (green circle) and a ding sound when a message is received in the admins back end. Perhaps it broke during an update. I’ll put it on the list to check. Thanks for the heads up. It’s definitely supposed To be there.

    Just updated the plugin… alert should now working as expected. A green dot appears on the “Visitors” tab and a ding sound sounds.
