Won't delete subscribers

I am not aware of any problems deleted subscribers. We have tested that quite a bit. If you’re having trouble we should probably look at what plug-ins, etc. you have in your system.

We can take a look and see if anything jumps out at us. It’s also helpful if you can take a look at your Apache server logs. Most times, if there is an error, it will show up in the error logs and should pinpoint the problem.

Reloading the page didn’t seem to help, but logging out, then back in seemed to solve the problem

Will mark it as resolved, unless it repeats itself

Still having the delete issue.
Only seems to be a problem when using the search (filter) feature.

Could you show a screenshot of where you’re having the error? I’d like to try to recreate exactly what you’re doing.

One of our developers saw your recent update and he told me to let you know that he thinks it is a bug. As a workaround, he said you can simply click edit on that subscriber then use the delete function. Give that a try and let us know.

That does indeed delete it!!
