The moment i activate the plugin, i found that my page / shop breaks the whole CSS.
I feel that in chrome it is appearing OK most of the times. But in firefox, it totally breaks.
Also, in firefox, it breaks only on particular page all the time.
And in other pages like Home, Shop it breaks sometimes and appears good sometimes.
I am using professional ecommerce theme from themeforest, named BAZAR.
I am using very limited plugins W3 Total Cache, Woocommerce, SEO by Yoast, Access Manager, Wordfence.
Can you please help me to resolve this bug and achieve the desire effect. So that i can continue using this plugin.

    Thanks
    Devendra

    Hello Devendra,

I see few possibilities here –

    _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

There must be few customizations made in the CSS of plugin.

In this case – please take following steps and let me know if this solves the alignment issues –

    1. Deactivate & Delete the “All in One Schema.org Rich Snippets”
    2. Reinstall latest version of the plugin & activate it.
    3. Clear your browser cache. (How to guide – https://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html)
    4. Deactivate the plugin & activate again.

Most probably it should just work fine.

    _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

If steps above don’t work –

W3Total Cache is known to compress the all the CSS / JS files causing the issue sometimes. Please try if things are working out after deactivating W3Total Cache. If W3Total Cache is found as culprit, you will have to find a way to exclude plugin CSS & JS files from being affected by by it.

    _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

In case – none of the solution I referred above work, please provide URL of the page / post where you have integrated our plugin and I would love to look into the issue for you.

Please let me know what happens ??

    Regards,
    Sujay

    Hello Sujay,

Regarding your first step solution process.

I actually started like the same process. I recently installed this plugin, hence the latest version. And did clear cache and deactivated and re-activate it again.
    But, the problem still persists.

Regarding 2nd process for W3 Total Cache, i found that after deactivating the plugin. The site worked again with AIOSRS there already activated.

Can you please suggest me primarily which CSS and JS file i need to exclude in the plugin.
And also from where in W3 Total Cache, because there are too many areas in that plugin. It would be much appreciable if you could help to locate that area and guide me where and how to do that.

Secondly, I request you to kindly resolve this bug / issue permanently, because most of wordpress users are using W3 Total cache and ecommerce themes from themeforest too.
So, it would be appreciable if you could resolve the conflict between two and release a bug fix in next version.

    Thanks
    Devendra

    Devendra,

Basically W3 Total Cache plugin combines / minifies all the CSS files causing the issue with your layout. We would definitely check for the ready-made solution that would not cause such conflict, meanwhile – you will have to contact their support and ask for the solution.

In the AIOSRS plugin directory, there is a separate CSS folder with style.css file. This is the file that needs to be excluded from being affected by W3 Total Cache.

    Hello Sujay,

    Thanks for responding.

I understand and i ask them also.
They also, at very first, suggest me to exclude the CSS file of the plugin.

But i wonder, what actual path i should add in Exclude CSS box.
Means do i need to add only the file name or the file with path.
If path, what and how actually should it goes.
Can you please guide me with one example of it, that would be totally appreciable.

Because i tried by entering file name only, but it didn’t resolve the problem, or may be it didn’t exclude the CSS by just entering it’s name.

Also, do i need to exclude this file only or some other files also.

    Thanks

You can exclude following paths from ‘W3 Total Cache’ minification.

    # CSS files:
    /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-schemaorg-rich-snippets/css/style.css
    /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-schemaorg-rich-snippets/css/jquery.rating.css

    # JS files:
    /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-schemaorg-rich-snippets/js/jquery.rating.min.js
    /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-schemaorg-rich-snippets/js/retina.js

    lowlight,

Hope you were able to resolve the issue.

    Hello Sujay,

Unfortunately not. The problem still persists. I was trying to use by deactivating other plugins and trying to use the CSS and JS files properly so as to exclued them.

Under W3 Total Cache > Performance > Minify > Advance i entered both the CSS and JS files in respective fields.
Means the JS files under – Never Minify these JS files
and CSS files under – Never Minify these CSS files

But still the problem persists. The CSS breaks only on Single Product pages. Neither in Home Page, other pages, Posts and SHOP, but just in Single Product Page.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and help us to resolve these conficts and alongwith CSS breaks.
Because by simply deactivating the plugin, everything works fine and then back to normal.

    Kindly do the needful.

    Thanks

    Devendra,

We look forward looking into the root of this issue (compatibility with W3 Total Cache Plugin) and releasing an update very soon.

    Thanks for your patience meanwhile.

    Regards.
