category box not showing

  • hi there,
    I’ve installed this plugin and created a few categories. but when i edit an image or add a new image, the categories box is not there. so how do i assign a category to an image?
    My edit image does not show the categories as your screen shots do.

    also, should this show, are the files actually in category folders in uploads? I’d like to exclude most images from backup to Dropbox
