Back to your topic:
You cannot change this text other than via the translation file itself. You have to take the .po file from the plugin folder /wc-pomo/ sie- oder du-version and then change with Poedit Editor ( https://www.poedit.net/download.php ) the strings you want. After that upload the modified .po and .mo file that was created/updated from Poedit to a new location (via FTP):

/wp-content/languages/woocommerce-de/custom/woocommerce-de_DE.mo
/wp-content/languages/woocommerce-de/custom/woocommerce-admin-de_DE.mo

Be aware that you have to maintain then these lang files from that point onwards if there are updates from WooCommerce.

Other alternative:
change the button size/ font size via the CSS styling of your theme to make it fit with your design.

I change with Poedit woocommerce-de_DE.po file from wc-pomo and created this orders woocommerce-de/custom/ and saved the woocommerce-de_DE.mo via FTP. It is true? I see not change. What I make false?
