Blank Lines in the header

  • Hi,
    Some files in your extension have blank lines in the line 1, that causes that the html header resultant will have extra spaces in the header, causing sometimes troubles with feeders and third party services.

    The files identified to have that extra spaces are:
    contact-form-7-to-database-extension/CFDBShortcodeDataTable.php
    contact-form-7-to-database-extension/contact-form-7-db.php

    please i ask you to remove those blank lines so in the next update of your great plugin we don’t have the same problem.
