Pricing: How to use Price per Product fixed start price?

For a new project we’re working on a shop where prices should contain a fixed (base) price plus a price per product. These items will be produced in a printing shop, where we have a calculated fixed price per order (no matter the amount of items ordered), and a price per product.
For example:
Start price: € 50,- (Not affected by the qty of items ordered)
Price per product: € 0,50-
Product X, Qty 50 = € 50,- + (50 x € 0,50) = € 75,-
Product X, Qty 300 = € 50,- + (300 x € 0,50) = € 200,-I cannot find any plugin or extension to make this work.
Any ideas/tips/suggestions?
