Hi,
I used Ning’s Network Archiver to download the JSON and media files. Referring to the import page:
The plugin couldn’t find a valid members file at …/wp-content/ning-files/ning-members-local.json, which probably means that you haven’t uploaded the files to the right place.
I can confirm that I have placed the files in the correct folder.
Upload your unzipped export to the json directory, and try visiting this page again.
I have no zip files as I used the Ning’s Network Archiver.
…then the most likely explanation is that your ning-members-local.json file is invalidly formatted.
How would I be able to tell if the file is incorrectly formatted?
