Output selected field 'text' by email, rather than 'value'.

    Hi

    The email output basically sends the user my workings out (value) appended to the relevant field name, rather than sending the text etc (text) they selected, appended to the field name.

    Can this be changed so that the user receives basically what they see on screen when options have been selected and the form is completed?
