• I have recently taken control of a site and seem to be having a few issues with my slider. When I add images to the slider, only a white ‘image’ shows up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

  • Could you tell me which theme you are using, which slider plugin and a link to the site so I can have a look at the problem please

The theme I am using is Simple’n’Bright, the slider I am using is just called ‘Slider’. The link to my site is https://www.rococobeautyrooms.co.uk . Sorry if I have not given you enough details I have only recently taken control of the site, so have inherited a lot of the current settings, themes etc.

    Thank you Martin.

Sliders are often very theme dependent and that one looks well integrated in your theme.

Unfortunately that is not a theme that is supported here. You have to register to download it and only themes from the www.remarpro.com repository are supported here.

Try asking at that site’s support forums, they may be able to help you sort out your slider problem.

Thank you for your help, I will try and see if they can help at the other site. Any recommendation’s for a similar theme that is supported on WordPress?

    Thanks!

Sorry, I got called away, as Jan said, we cant give support for non www.remarpro.com themes, however, one of the great things about WordPress is that switching themes is usually pretty easy so if you have a look at the thousands of themes here, I am sure you will find something similar and lots of great people to help you make it work!
