    Hi Zack,

    This plugin works great, thank you. However, I am experiencing one problem.

    When a form submission creates a new contact, I find all custom fields are being updated for the new Infusionsoft contact according to how they’ve been mapped out in the plugin settings.

    On the other hand, when the same form is submitted for a contact that already exists in Infusionsoft, any standard fields are updated, but any custom fields remain unchanged.

    Is there a setting I am missing, or is this a limitation of the plug-in at this time?

    Thanks in advance for any info you can offer!

  • I have the exact same issue and have been asking for help from support — without any success. (Not sure they check these forums)

    I also have this issue. Any fixes or suggested workarounds will be greatly appreciated.

    anyone have any resolution to this issue? a client of mine, utilizing this same setup is having this issue as well.

    What version of GF + the IS plugin are you all using?

    Is this fixed in the latest updates?

    Updated to the current version of both. Just tried another record update. Here is the automated note from the contact record.

    Changed Info for API – addWithDupeCheck – This contact was modified on 4/3/2014 9:20 AM because of a discrepancy in data while updating.

    OLD INFORMATION:
    Phone1=(719) 598-2626
    Company=ETakeoff – TEST 2
    _OrderDate0=2014-04-01
    _MaintenanceExpiration0=2014-04-01

    only some of the info is being updated. Any insight is appreciated.

    Anybody have a solution for this? Having the EXACT same problem…

    Hi Zack,

    Any update on this? There are several users of this plugin all experiencing this same problem. Any response to offer some explanation or remedy for this problem will be greatly appreciated!

    We’ve identified and fixed the issue, in a release coming soon.

    The issue was an Infusionsoft bug, as shown here:

    Thanks so much, Zack!

    Hi Zack,

    I am having the same problem. And I installed the update recently, like a week ago. I am still having this issue. Has the new release come through or is it still in the pipeline.

    zmarak,

    I also had problems with the plugin following the update. However, my problem was related to how I had configured Gravity Forms, which the plugin developer was able to straighten out for me for a nominal fee. His support page is here: https://katz.co/plugin-support/. He can probably figure out whatever problem you are experiencing.

    I am having this exact same problem. I’m running the latest version of the plugin, but am still seeing the intermittent results. Is there a REAL fix?

    Also looking for a solution….

    For me, the problem was that I was using radio fields (with values) on my form and putting them in to a whole number custom field in infusionsoft. Paying for 1 hour of support from https://katz.co/plugin-support/ solved my problem as they developed a supplementary plugin and pushed an update on the main plugin as well.
