I don’t think so, but in any case, you’d need to ask on the WordPress.COM forums for further help on this.

But one other question – have you installed WP and imported content to the new GoDaddy site?

I cannot import content from wordpress.com, can I?

Anyway, I am re-doing the website completely. For now I just have uploaded a COMING SOON page, which doesnt show up.

Simple Steps.
1. copy wordpress from WWW directory and paste it in your new hosting.
2. Backup your database.
3. Restore in your new hosting site.

@leonard_mca – that’s not possible on a WordPress.COM site as there is no access to the database or files on the server.
