    You may have some luck using some of the info at https://ca1.php.net/manual/en/datetime.formats.relative.php to build a shortcode that works. Although I haven’t tried it explicitly, something like:

    [timed-content-server show="Monday 9:00 AM" hide="Friday 5:00 PM"]weekday hours only content[/timed-content-server]

    might theoretically work.

    Try this instead:

    [timed-content-server show="Monday this week 9:00 AM" hide="Friday this week 5:00 PM"]weekday hours only content[/timed-content-server]
