Export produces no entries

  • I’m using: Visual Form Builder Pro, Version 2.3.9.

    Although it was working great two weeks ago, I can no longer export data. The pulldown menus for start and end date only provide the option for September, and even when I select this and export, only field headings are exported. The form has over 1,500 entries. I know this because it exported perfectly two weeks ago. Please help because I am missing tons of data.

    Hi Matthew.

    I’m starting to get very disparate here, so hoping that you can help out. The data on this form is essential for my research. Over 100 citizen scientists enter data over the past 6 months and most of them did not keep hard copies of their data. Therefore, I must be able to export all my data for my research project and year end report that is due in October. Can you please help. I still don’t understand, because the export function was working perfectly just two weeks ago. I even purchased Pro to try to solve the problem, but no dice.
