    The elements loaded via Infinite Scroll entirely depend on the way your loop is built. You can read more about it here:

    I would suggest that you switch to another theme like Twenty Eleven, and see if the Archive pages behave properly; if they do, the issue is most likely caused by a problem in your archive template.
