Speed Up Load Time – Any Idea

First of all, thx for this great Plugin!
I use it and have now Problems.

Hope you can help me out. I use the social Scharing plugins above and beneath the content in a page. This way the code loads two times according Firebeug ??

Now my Question:
Is there any way to load the code only one time and show the same buttons at two places on the same page???
