Bug with ftp CDN

Thanks for the plugin!
I tried to use with W3Total cache. I’m using a self hosted CDN by ftp in a multisite and own folder.
Main site: https://alves.pro.br/wp
Second site: https://eu.alves.pro.br/wp
Self CDN: http:/st.alves.pro.br/wp
In this case, CoralCDN plugin write the Media URLs with double prefix like this:
st.alves.pro.br.nyud.net.nyud.net/wp/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2013/09/Code_of_Hammurabi_Detail.jpg
