installation problem can’t login into dashboard

I am having some problems setting up my webpage properly.

The first issue I am having is that I am not able to get back to the WordPress dashboard. I cannot find a place to log in.

I have found that links on my webpage link to the wrong place. It looks as though I have set the prefix for the link improperly.

Clicking on the link “1 Comment” on the page takes me to https://filmpressforhire.com/?p=1#comments
It should take me to: https://filmpressforhire.com/blog/?p=1#comments

I am trying to find out specific steps for changing that URL from https://filmpressforhire.com to https://filmpressforhire.com/blog/
