I’m trying to customize the support text on the header to contain 2 lines.

    Ex: Name
    Telephone #

I’m new to wordpress and new to using css (which I’ve created a child theme so I can customize the site better), so I’m wondering how I can code this in my child theme.

Thank you so much for your help! And thank you for this theme, I am loving it!

    Leanne

  • Add
This is the html for “break”
just add that in between your two lines.

I’m so new to using css that I’m not sure what you’re talking about. I know how to add a break to the line. I just don’t know where to add the coding and what coding to use to add it to the support text.

    Thanks for the help!

In your theme options area where you tagline is. There’s no need for anything fancy right now. So it should be

    Here’s line 1
    here’s line two

I’m not sure if this is what you were telling me to do, but I got it figured out. There is only one line under Theme Settings-Header Text, so I just wrote the name and phone number and added the “
” in between and it separated it into 2 lines. Perfect!

    Thanks for the help!
