Urls Broken with Custom Domain

So I installed this, set it up with a custom domain, but it doesn’t resolve properly.
e.g
sho.rt/8jjskd -> fulldomain.com/2013/09/%postname%/It’s showing %postname% instead of the slug, which just leads to a 400 Bad Request.
