    solved it by removing the “anyone can register” from wordpress settings ?? Sorry.

    @ajeepan,

    You would only see that message if the address being entered in the form was already known to Subscribe2 through being a Registered User in WordPress. Turning off registrations is a good way of making sure you don’t see it.
