identify custom fields

for example if a user uploads a lot of pictures show only user_submit_image_03

I wish I could help, but honestly can’t understand what you’re asking.. as a wild stab in the dark, I can tell you that the free version of the plugin does not support custom fields (beyond what’s provided), but the feature is planned in the upcoming Pro version.
