Pingbacks Aren’t Working – xmlrpc.log Provided

I can’t get my pingbacks to work for the life of me. Trackbacks work perfectly and I have been testing the pingbacks on Tamba. This is what I get in my xmlrpc.log file:

It looks like everything has shown up properly but the pingback does not show up in the comments, awaiting moderation, or akismet. I have also tried disabling akismet and that did not work either. Does anyone know of more debugging logs that I can enable to figure this out?
