Subpages

  • Where can I find the info for the subpages in the sql? I’m looking to create a form, have someone fill it out, and have a subpage created w/that info from the form.

    I know how to create the form and what not but I can’t find the subpage info.

  • If you have phpMyAdmin installed on your server, you can use that to look at how the DB is structured.

    All your posts and pages are stored in the same table, wp_posts. Pages have a post_status of "static" — and subpages have a post_parent which is not 0.

    Excellent! So it is possible to create a subpage automatically through a form.
