Email not sent

  • Hello,

    My website is believebe-livellc.org.
    I have installed the TML plugin with the PMPro membership plugin.

    The registration and payment process are working correctly, but the member registered is not getting any custom emails, set up in TML plugin.

    I have tried using every type of email addresses (3rd party email address, from gmail, and domain related email address as well), but the member registered in receiving only the PMPro main confirmation email for signing up.
    Not custom emails are being sent out.

    I have disabled other plugins and still nothing.

    You don’t mention what version of WP you’re using.

    I had a similar problem using WP 3.7 but it disappeared when I updated to 3.7.1

    Yes I was using WordPress 3.7. I have just updated to WordPress 3.7.1, but I have not tried it out yet, in this new version. I will keep you posted. Thank you again!

    I am in WP3.7.1 and TML won’t send the email for verification to the newbies.

    I have email verification set.

    I see newbie “pending” in Users w/ Resend Activation link available.

    I do get emails from WP for website stuff like when user is deleted “access denied” msg. is sent. So emailing works.

    User has to go to Login > Resend Activation, then they get a TML email w/activation link. Problem with that is that it’s not for the password the user chose for themself. It’s a reset.

    As soon as they click activation another msg is sent to them immediately with new pwd. They don’t get to use the custom pwd they chose.

    Me too…

    I am still having the same problem. A newbie, after payment received a basic email with information, but not the password.

    So a few email templates work and other do not. For example, the reset password email template set in TML works, the others do not work at all.

    I have not idea what to do…

    Any ideas…Thanks in advance, Boti
