Cache control for files that update often.

Our blog is using w3 total cache, and it’s going great. One problem we are having though: We have browser cache turned on, and it’s making it tough to update certain files that are updated often.
Each post has an icon attached to it, and they all come from a single font file. It seems every time we update the font, you need to clear your cache to see the changes. Is there a setting we can change to remedy this?
