Select/unsellect all doesn't work

I’ve just tested this on two of my sites and I’m unable to re-produce. Have you disabled JavaScript in your browser?

I think on checking select/unselect it doesnot tick/untick all the categories but still does the job.
My Javascript is enabled. Is there a way I can send you a screenshot ? Or post it here.

Thats strange … can I send you the admin login details to you of my demo site so that you can probably find the problem.

I suspect that some files are missing on your site. Check if there is a folder called “includes” in the Subscribe2 folder in wp-content/plugins/ on your server and make sure it has all of the js files inside it. There should be 10 as well as the other files listed here:

I have folder “include” not “includes” and I have 10 js files as well plus 7 other files as mentioned. May be its conflicting with some other plugin.

If that’s the case there should be an error in your browser console.

I have the same issue – select all doesn’t work but I can select each of them individually.

I’ve done some digging and can now re-produce this issue. It’ll be fixed in the next version of the plugin.

Turns out it’s down to some version comparison code for jQuery that doesn’t work well with version numbers like 1.10.2. The reason I wasn’t seeing it originally is that I run my development code on my sites and I’ve dropped this version comparison for the next release as it’s no longer needed.

Thanks for finding the problem. Has it been resolved or it will be taken up in future update ?

It should be fixed in the very recently released 9.0 version.

I am not seeing a problem in WordPress 3.6.1 and with Subscribe2 9.0. What combination are you using?
