Error message when uploading header image

  • Hello,

    I downloaded the Hatch theme and have been trying to change the header image. I followed the instructions (go to appearance > header), but every time I try to upload an image, I get the following error message:

    ‘Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again.’

    I have tried uploading different image formats (jpg, png) and it doesn’t work.

    The same thing happens if I try to upload an image from the media library…

    Help, I don’t know what to do..

  • The same thing is happening for me in regards to uploading a header image. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
