Change author to modified author

    is there a way to change the original author to the one who last modified it?

  • on your edit post page check the “author” box in the screen options. the screen options menu can be found with a little tab at the top right of the screen next to help.

    once you have that checked you will have an “author” section down towards the bottom of the page. there you will be able to change the author to another user.

    Thanks! My next step is to find how to get this screen option by default
