WP-DB-BACKUP only backs up half the database

I’m using wp2.0.1 which already included version 1.7 of Skippy’s plugin. It worked ok on my own server, but now that I moved the whole site to another server the backup file only backs up half the database. The progress bar shows all the tables it’s backing up correctly, but when I check the sql-file it ‘stops’ halfway. Half of the tables aren’t included. Strangely it stops after including two records inside the _options table, but these two records never appear in my database dump from within phpmyadmin…???
