User store data in database

Hi,

I’m looking around to see if there by any chance is a plugin that have the possibility for users to store data in a database.

I’m building a website for a dogclub and they will register their litters and by that they need their parents dogs registered. Thats to help them not to enter all the information every time.

Also i’m looking for a form that can be flexible so you can add new lines. ex. when registering the pubs their can be from 2 to 10, and to make it flexible they can add a new line for name and so on for each pub.

I hope someone can help me where to look or what to look for.
