Database Pending Backup

  • Hi,
    Is there any way to stop pending for 72 hours wordpress database backup on godaddy VPS? Few days ago my site went completely down (including admin). Then about 72 hours ago I tried to backup database from go daddy panel and its pending backup since then.
    I have also noticed that my wp-installation path changed from / to // in go daddy hosting panel (dont know if this is actually related to my problem)
    I have no recent backups and I urgently need one.The only answer I’m getting from support is that my case is reviewed.It’s been 5 days and I can’t afford my site being down anymore,please suggest me anything…Thanks
