Use webcal URI for #_EVENTICALURL and #_EVENTICALLINK

Request to devs that they use the “webcal” URI when returning a URL for #_EVENTICALURL and #_EVENTICALLINK. This makes for a much more pleasant experience for Mac OS X users when clicking on the link as iCal automatically opens and offers to add the iCal feed to your calendar.
