As a temporary solution, replace testimonials-widget.php with the one from 2.13.3

I’m deeply sorry everyone about the trouble. I’ve sorted it out that testing last night of caching changes didn’t include disabling the premium plugin. If that was done so, the troubles would’ve been caught and fixed then.

Testimonials Widget 2.13.5 and Testimonials Widget Premium 1.14.2 are out now with the fixes.
