Theme Help

Hi All,

I am looking for a theme to do this, https://blog.apex.aero/cms/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Airport-ads-1_Seth-Miller540x300.jpg
This will need to be able to be updated to suit and it would be great if this displayed widgets for RSS, Video and Images.

I am wanting to run this as ‘iexplore.exe -k https://wpsite/’
This will be run on a large monitor and does not need to be interactive.

Does anyone know of a theme that can do this for display prupose on a system? or if I want this is it a new theme I will need to work on?
