Title is moved half way down page

Not sure what I did, but I clicked a H1 and the H1 moved a few inches down the page. Since all my H1s were linked together, all blog posts are missing their titles. The titles are still there but in the wrong place…below the post. I tried dragging and dropping but it doesn’t seem to save.
help!
