Weather Plugin… with a Twist

Hello. This is a plugin request.

I’m brand-new to this WordPress business. I’ve looked through all the weather plugins, but could not find one that does what I’d like it to…

I think it would be really cool to have a weather plugin that indicates what the weather conditions were at the time of any given post, with the option to have an appropriate icon or whatever affixed to each post.

If anybody knows of a weather plugin that does do this already, please let me know.
