    Hi there,

Can you try activating Jetpack again, but deactivate Photon? Let me know if that causes the images to appear again.

Yes – it seems better as long as Photon is deactivated; but something is still awry. My header just disappeared on my home page https://dougbardwell.com/db/

    https://dougbardwell.com/db/2013/09/05/biking-winery-pack-pair-victorinox/ Tiled gallery is missing.

    https://dougbardwell.com/db/2013/08/28/faster-lap-times-with-tomtom-runner-watch/ – Tiled gallery works.

Found images had disappeared from one article yesterday and never came back, even with Photon turned off. I had to reload all of them individually and now it’s okay.

This is weird. I just FTP’d into my site and the header logo is totally missing from my FTP site. Just disappeared.

I’m looking for a copy now and will be reloading.

Checked on the tiled gallery that is not displaying properly. All those photos ARE still where they belong in the WP_Content folder; but they just aren’t displaying.

Just reloaded all the photos in the missing tiled gallery. Now, the tiled gallery is still missing – large amount of white space on the post where the gallery should be . However, when you click on the white space, all of sudden you get a slideshow of all the images. I’m sure I clicked Tiled gallery when I reloaded them.

Two other photos in the post (inline with the text) are still there just fine.

Jetpack would have had no way to delete the header image, so I’m not sure what happened there.

As for the other issues with the Tiled Gallery, I suspect it has to do with the speed of your site. Your site is loading extremely slowly for me. If you have Photon activated, we get the images from your site first, before we are able to serve them to your site’s visitors using Photon. If it takes longer than 10 seconds to get the image from your site (ie, the connection times out for that image), then we won’t have it on our servers and won’t be able to send it to your visitors. I do not know why your site is loading slowly, though; you might want to speak with your host about that.

Thanks for checking. I’ll certainly look into that.
